Yay for Summer in Corfu

Nothing feels so cool and excited like summer, especially if it is an endless summer on the greek island of Corfu! This year we are staying in the island with Pete which makes me to be so grateful for the place I'm living in. Being here, I often remember "The Durrells" from ITV - british comedy-drama series based on Gerald Durrell's autobiographical books. It's one of my favourite shows and I find it funny, cute and so true.

We have a wonderful weather in Corfu and local temperature doesn't fall under 20 degrees anymore. Everywhere you can see a lot of blooming flowers which smell in the streets of town and villages. There are already so many tourists in Corfu that my last visit to Corfu Town was different comparing to the winter season. Well there is no place to eat, to walk, to sit and to hide anymore. However smart & lucky me, I have my secret spots to drink coffee, to walk with a pup and to chill in the sun. One of them is The Museum of Asian Art which is big enough always to find a place for me, Pete and our little Dominikos. This palace is located next to the central square of Corfu Town - Spianada.

It was Friday when we went to the city for a walk after our Easter Holidays in Florina. I was wearing Shein Overall Dress in gentle pink color and White Long Sleeve Blouse. For the first time this year I decided to try my new Summer Sandals from Migato. The Flatform Sandals have shiny pink gold color and perforated beads. I like that you can wear them with any clothes for all summer long.

At the age of 23 I've finally realized how important it is to have comfortable and good shoes which don't pain your legs. That's why this year you will often see me at sandals, flatlays or espadrilles. I am so tired of having calluses on my ankles that this year I'm gonna make a difference.

I think that I like Overall Dresses from childhood. I still can remember how I was wearing a denim one when I was about 5 years old. It was very trendy and I was feeling so excited about it since I had exactly the same denim jacket to make a total denim look! Since then and till today I'm very positive about overall dresses. They always look feminine and stylish - it is a great classic piece to keep in your wardrobe. Check by yourself and I'm sure you will agree with me that it is so simple to style them. Everything you will need is white shirt or blouse. In case you prefer to keep it more "Tomboy" - just add the black cotton shirt and sneakers.
